Effective Date: July 12, 2025

We respect other people’s creative work and intellectual property. This page explains how we handle copyright complaints according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on TygoCover without your permission, please follow the steps below.

1. How to File a Copyright Complaint

To report a copyright issue, please send an email to dmca@tygocover.com with the following information:

  • Your Original Work: A description of your copyrighted work or a link to where it’s legally posted.
  • The Infringing Material: The exact URL on TygoCover where you saw the material.
  • Your Contact Info: Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A Statement of Good Faith: A sentence saying: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  • A Statement of Accuracy: A sentence saying: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
  • Your Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What Happens Next?

Once we receive a valid complaint, we will act quickly to remove or disable access to the content. We will also notify the person who posted it about the complaint. They have the right to file a “counter-notice” if they believe there was a mistake.

3. Repeat Infringers

We take copyright very seriously. Any user who repeatedly posts content that infringes on copyright will have their account terminated.

4. A Final Note

This policy is for copyright issues only. For other legal matters like trademark or defamation, please reach out to us through our regular contact page.

If you have any questions about our DMCA policy, you can email us at dmca@tygocover.com.
